What does Prime Properties do?
Prime Properties is a property consultancy in Bangalore. We help buyers find an apartment across the city's eastern and southern corridors, working from your requirement rather than from whatever inventory we happen to be holding. We represent the buyer, not the builder.
Which areas of Bangalore do you cover?
We work across Sarjapur, Whitefield, Hosur Road, Electronic City and Varthur Road. We stay deliberately narrow so we can speak honestly about traffic, water supply, schools and build quality in each pocket rather than guessing.
Does it cost more to buy through you than going directly to the builder?
No. Our service costs you nothing, and going to a site office alone does not get you a better rate. What it does is remove the one person in the room whose job is to represent your side of the table.
Why use a consultant instead of visiting the builder directly?
A site office can only sell you the project it is standing in. We compare across builders, tell you the drawbacks a sales team will not mention, and stay involved through registration and handover, which is the stage where an unrepresented buyer usually loses the most time.
What kind of properties do you list?
Currently apartments only. Configurations across our listings range from 1 BHK to 4.5 BHK in projects including SOBHA Townpark, Nambiar District 25, Ramky Fortuna, Seven Sarjapur, Mana Skanda, SNN Raj High Gardens and Ramky One Karnival.
How does the process work?
Four steps. You tell us the brief, including budget, commute and the things you will not compromise on. We come back with a shortlist and honest notes on each, including the drawbacks. We arrange visits on your schedule, including evenings and weekends. Then we support the paperwork, registration and handover through to the keys.
Do you verify the legal paperwork before a visit?
Yes. Encumbrance certificates, approvals and khata status are checked up front, before you visit, rather than after you have fallen for the place.
Can you show me properties that are not listed on the website?
Yes. The website shows part of what we can access. Tell us the brief and we will come back with options that fit it, including projects that are not advertised publicly.

Will you tell me not to buy something?
Yes, and we do. If a property is wrong for you we say so. One sale is worth less to us than the referrals that follow from getting it right.
